Refund and Returns Policy

At Pottery Making Set Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including the original packaging and tags. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items may not be returned after opening or use. These restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not returnable. If you are unsure about a product, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend starting with a return for the original product. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you would like.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
